Refunds or returns are not offered for:

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences unless explicitly covered under this policy.

  1. Fault of APAus:

    • If an event, program, or service is cancelled by APAus without an adequate alternative or rescheduling.

    • If a technical issue on APAus's end prevents delivery of a service that cannot be rectified within a reasonable timeframe.

  2. Legal Requirements:

    • Refunds will be provided in compliance with applicable Australian Consumer Law where services are proven to have significant faults or misrepresentations.

3. Specific Terms for Products and Services

  1. Programs and Events:

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the start date of any program or event. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

    • Administrative fees (up to 20% of the total cost) may be deducted from any approved refund.

  2. Digital Products and Resources:

    • Digital downloads, videos, or e-resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as these are considered final sales.

  3. Memberships and Subscriptions:

    • Membership or subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of proven fault on APAus's part (e.g., system errors preventing access).

    • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining billing period.

4. Refund Request Process

    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Items and Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already rendered or partially delivered.

  • Missed deadlines or delays caused by the client (e.g., late submissions, non-responsiveness).

  • Errors resulting from incorrect user input (e.g., typographical errors in forms or registrations).

6. Returns Policy (Physical Products)

If APAus offers physical products (e.g., merchandise):

  • Returns Eligibility: Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the product is defective.
